Convene has been customer-obsessed since our beginnings, driven by a deep-rooted passion for providing hospitality-infused meeting, event, and workplace experiences.

With a consistent NPS (customer satisfaction) score of 90, it was clear that our product resonated well with our customers, and we’re proud of the trust we’ve been able to create with them. In our early years, we focused mostly on physical spaces and in-person experiences. Though technology and innovation were always integral to the way we work, our product team was focused on optimizing our infrastructure to ensure a seamless experience for our clients and teams.

While our digital roadmap has been in motion for the past five years, our digital transformation was greatly expedited by the pandemic. In an effort to respond to the immediate needs of our clients and industry, we developed and launched our five-year plan in a matter of months.

This incredible pivot—which included the launch of our virtual platform, Convene Virtual Meetings—serves as a testament to our incredible team and their deep knowledge of our clients’ needs.

We know that this insight is the direct result of working with some of the biggest brands and planners over the past ten years.

Our goal isn’t just to roll out a product that users love, but to constantly refine it to ensure that we’re providing technology that supports our customers both now and in the future. We aren’t afraid of thinking outside of the box, trying new things—or even on occasion failing quickly, in an effort to learn from our mistakes.  This mentality has allowed us to be truly empathetic to our customers, while giving them the tools and services they need, when they need them.

With this vision in mind, Convene’s Virtual & Hybrid Meetings was born, offering an end-to-end solution for seamless meetings and events online, on-site, or both. As in everything we do, we’re innovating on the fly, with a  focus on flexibility and continuous progress. By applying real in-house expertise and vision, we create products that are one step ahead of the industry—living up to our reputation of a brand that our clients can count, no matter what.
